  1. Landlords have bills to pay just like everyone else. If tenants can't pay the rent then they must move out. This sadly is not an easy World we live in. Nothing in this World is free except stress and heart aches. This explains why I see so many tents lined up off of the road ways. Thing's are starting to get back to normal [ whatever normal is.] companies are now hiring, get a job. I know that's easier said than done. Catching up on rents along with other unpaid bills sounds Impossible. Giving out free money for the length of time it was given was I think a bad Idea. Why look for a job if you have money coming in? Landlords should be able to do whatever it is with their property, sad but true. no one wins it seems.
