  1. I do not understand the system. He already had a charge and was let go. He only got 15 years. What the hell, this drunken fool took a life and 15 years was the best they could give him. And the worse part is he probably won't even do the full 15 years. The officers wife didn't seem that shook up. Again, I don't understand.
