She's one of the few that takes care of her place. Most don't care about taking care of their units because it's not theirs. Blasting music at all hours of the day and night. Kids running around chalking up the sidewalk. Drugs, fighting, you name it. Not all section 8's are bad news but the ones I've had to deal with were the worse. Got new management now and it's a decent place to live. I know that some people need help, but most are just lazy and expect for others to do the work for them. Thumbs up to the section 8's that want to blend in with the neighbors and are respectful.
