  48. He was driving erratically, swerving, speeding, acting DUI. His windows were tinted, they had no idea of his race. He refused to exit the car for a sobriety test, that's the law. When tased, it had no effect, drugging? Then he shot two cops. Long rap sheet, convicted felon, strangled a woman, multiple assaults, drug busts, suspended license, possession of a gun by a felon, prison boy. After shooting two cops, killing one, he dumped the car and went hiding. But his momma said he's a good boy. So they shouldn't stop a suspected DUI driver....until he kills someone?
