@lilduce865 They pulled him over because he was driving like he was DUI. Just a ticket for that? The crimes I posted were prior arrests. A plate check would have come up with that info. He was told to exit the vehicle to take a field sobriety test.

@GlendaCurtis-jv1qe The LAW states if you are told to exit your MV, you must do so. He was driving like a DUI driver. Driving into oncoming traffic, speeding. You don't know the law. And a convicted felon cannot have a gun.

So, if someone is driving erratically, speeding, driving on the wrong side of the road, not possible they are DUI? And they shouldn't pull them over? Law states if an officer tells you to exit the mv, you must do so. But he was a good boy, him momma said. Prior arrests, possession of a gun by a convicted felon, possession of drugs, multiple assaults, driving with a suspended license, strangling a women.
