You can't be serious 🙄
If he was white and the cops were black? Different opinion?
Why would a lifetime felon be carrying an illegal gun if he didn't plan on shooting someone?
He is on the carcam driving multiple times into the oncoming lane, as in DUI
He is on bodycam being told for a half hour to get out of the car
Then after shooting two cops, murdering one, he ran off with the car, then
ditched the car, taking his gun and who knows what else, ran away to his bro's house to hide
The United States Supreme Court has held that a police officer can order the driver and all the passengers in the car to exit the vehicle But couldn't possibly DUI, right?
But he's a good guy, despite his lifelong felony record of multiple assaults, drugs, possession of a gun by a felon, strangling a woman, etc.
And guess why he didn't want to get out of the car and let them find what he had?

@mindyourbizok I hope you don't drive stoned 🤪🤪
From the CDC: Driving under the influence (DUI) laws are not just for alcohol. Driving under the influence of drugs, including marijuana, is also dangerous and illegal. Driving is a complex task that requires your full attention to stay safe and alert. Marijuana affects areas of the brain that control your body’s movements, balance, coordination, memory, and judgment.1,2 Marijuana use can impair important skills required for safe driving by:
slowing your reaction time and ability to make decisions,
impairing coordination, and
distorting perception.1,2
Studies have shown an association between acute marijuana use and car crashes

She talked to him respectfully for a half hour, he kept playing the race card..
Video shows him driving on the wrong side of the road, speeding, and when ask to pull off the road into a driveway, he had to be told numerous times, like he was in la la land
Law states when an officer tells you get out of your MV you must do so.
Self defense?
multiple arrests for assault, strangling a woman, drugs, suspended license, illegal possession of a gun, knew he was in trouble.
Lifelong felon with a gun.

@anadeandrade5368 First, they don't have a drug sniffing dog at the time, only a search and rescue Bloodhound.
Tennesse Law
Grounds for a DUI Stop
To initiate a DUI stop, a police officer must have reason to suspect that the driver is impaired by alcohol or drugs, or has violated or is violating the law in some way. For example, the officer may observe the driver having difficulty staying in one lane, drifting off the roadway or over the median, traveling at an inconsistent speed or abruptly braking, failing to comply with traffic signals, or indicating other signs of intoxicated driving. The cumulative evidence and observations of the officer may provide cause for a DUI stop.
During the DUI stop, the officer will be observing the driver for signs of drug or alcohol impairment. The officer may ask the driver to step out of the vehicle for a field sobriety test or a breath test.

OK, picture this, someone is heading at you, in your lane, at a high rate of speed.
They hit you head on, killing your family member.
He was DUI and you found out the police just let him drive off with a warning minutes ago.
You would blame the cops, wouldn't you?
He was on carcam driving multiple times into the oncoming lane.
Law states if an officer orders you out of the car you must comply.
He is a lifelong felon. Multiple arrests for assault, drugs, strangling a woman, felony possession of a gun etc.
He didn't want to get out because he knew he had an illegal gun, and probably other illegal stuff.
If he just got out of the car, no one would have been hurt or killed
