@JPhillips173 He played the race card over and over. He was driving into the oncoming lane, speeding, driving like DUI. Law states when an officer orders you out of the car, you must do so.

Yeah, lifelong felon/jailbird like this guy, previously arrested, jailed for multiple assaults, drugs, guns, strangling a woman, shown driving in the oncoming lane multiple times was thinking he was in England and driving in the correct side. The LAW states if an officer orders you out of the car you must do so. If he wasn't doing anything bad he would have got out of the car. But he was hiding a gun and who knows what else.
