You take out of context as atheist preachers always do. Here is the context: "For the living know that they shall die, but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward, for the memory of them is forgotten. Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun." "Under the sun" limits his talk to this mortal life. Heaven isn't under the sun. He never ruled out heaven. This is obvious reading the rest of Solomon's words including: "Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it." Atheists trying to use the Bible to defeat the Bible instead broadcast their dishonesty and willful ignorance as well as truthphobia.

@jo2lovid Liar. I didn't merely claim that you took out of context. I PROVED it by quoting Solomon further as I already explained. He very clearly did not say that there is no afterlife. He very clearly said that spirits return to God at death. Liars will be cast into the lake of fire. I referred to videos proving the Bible right. Keep running from the truth which is more futile than running from the sun, creature of darkness.
