  1.  @Tugela60  That's what I said, captain obvious. I described Hawaii as "Polynesian" meaning they were first. The Spanish were the first foreigners, not the first as natives.

  5. ​​ @casualearth-dandavis I knew a North Carolinian who told me North Carolina was part of the Caribbean. I laughed so much, and he was offended. While Bermuda far to the north is associated with pirates, it is not a Caribbean area either.
