You are probably unaware that I have researched this subject for over a year in preparation for writing a book which outlines solutions to vastly improve the effectiveness, morale, and accountability of law enforcement. Factors which need to be addressed: - Training. - Culture. - Unions. - Qualified Immunity. - Disciplinary Processes. - Rules for Pensions.
