I feel bad for both guys. But especially for Daniel Penny. The system failed Jordan Neely, thus putting New Yorkers at risk, thereby creating a dangerous situation where Daniel heroically defended his life and the lives of others.

I disagree to an extent. You aren't legally obligated to help others in need, but as human beings who support and live by traditional American values, we shouldn't refuse to help simply because we're not obligated to do so. But yes, in regards to someone threatening your life, I agree.

@Noid_Cave Are you referring to Dave Grossman's book? In my opinion, that book is full of nonsense. I can be any of the three, depending on the circumstances. But I did misunderstand how you were using the word, sheep. I thought you were using it in the context of being naive and easily influenced. Thanks for clarifying it.
