  3. You're allowing your emotions to overrule your thinking. This ruling just explicitly establishes what already existed. And what I think you miss is that Biden is the reason this explicit ruling was necessary.

  4. The SCOTUS ruling changes nothing. Presidential immunity always existed, it just never needed to be explicitly stated, and it had to be explicitly stated because a sitting president tried to use the justice system against his opponent.
