@bryandeschenes6153 Some people don't need to fear the virus because either they've already had it or they are in a low risk category. People who are in high risk categories should consider taking the vaccine. People in low risk categories should weigh the risks and the benefits of the vaccine and decide accordingly. This vaccine is still experimental since it has not yet been approved by the FDA, it is currently being administered under an EUA (emergency use authorization). Basically, anyone who takes the vaccine is participating in a nationwide clinical trial. Another reason people are hesitant is because liability for injuries resulting from the vaccine has been waived...if you or a loved one is severely injured or dies from the vaccine, the pharmaceutical companies cannot be sued for damages.

@drewb2901 No, frustration over the fact that there are serious and legitimate concerns about the integrity of the 2020 election, and instead of taking voters seriously, they were ridiculed, laughed at, and dismissed as kooks. Despite the unprecedented number of statistical and process anomalies inherent in single election, no actions were taken by any institution with the authority to do so. Now, nine months later, additional evidence has been released which casts even more doubt on the election's integrity, and yet still, while our country is falling apart before our eyes, nobody seems to care that the election may have been manipulated.

And I don't agree that the unvaccinated is holding the country back, the Biden administration, health authorities, and state/local governments are doing that with medical tyranny, and this part is from the left. They continue to drone on about "following the science," yet they aren't following the science. You have a mini tyrant in Fauci who thinks questioning him is an attack on science itself; no serious scientist would ever make such a ridiculous and puerile claim. Not every person should take the vaccine, because the risks for some individuals outweigh the benefits. It seems we're supposed to throw common sense and critical thinking out the window because some "authority" says so. No, that's not how it works. No, a sore arm is not the only concern. Have you done any research besides taking the CDC at face value? I used to be a physicist, I know how science works, and neither the CDC nor the NIH are using sound scientific principles...they are cherry picking only the data which support a predetermined conclusion and dismissing the data which counter it. It's human nature to not want to surrender power once it's been seized, it appears this is what we are seeing.

@stellasiler2808 The law states that it's a right to record government employees in the execution of their duties. If the school is denying that right, they are in violation of the law and a lawsuit should be filed. If I were a student today, I would use a buttonhole camera and record every class. It is concerning that any school would attempt to disallow students from having a camera in class, what are they hiding?

@drewb2901 No, not really. I think coservative parents don't want teachers forcing their political beliefs on children, period. They wouldn't be against the substance, but they would be against the practice. I would be. If the teacher was a leftist and wanted to engage in a polite and substantive debate without the puerile insults and histrionics, that would be fine, but most leftists are just full of hate and can't be polite. 🤦🏻‍♂️

What if I told one of your leftist friends that I think the vaccine isn't appropriate for some people, and that I think anthropogenic climate change is a grift for the gain of power and wealth? No, it is not illegal to record teachers in the performance of their official duties. They have no expectation of privacy in the classroom, no consent is needed.
