  4.  @Opinionsrnotfacts574  The reason people plead guilty is because most don't have the resources to fight the unlimited resources of the federal government. Pleading guilty doesn't always mean actual guilt. And it doesn't matter anyway, our system is innocent until proven guilty, the conviction rate is irrelevant.

  5.  @StromBugSlayer  We elected Trump to prioritize the interests of American citizens over those of foreign countries, immigrants, and the permanent political class. The federal bureaucracy exists primarily for its own benefit, it cares nothing for the safety and prosperity of American citizens, other than to use them for the accumulation of wealth and power. Trump wanted to turn that power back over to the people, and the permanent political class couldn't allow that to happen, and this is why you are seeing the piling on by the bureaucrats and its surrogates.

  6.  @Opinionsrnotfacts574  Many do, but many plead out because they don't have the resources and they don't want to take the chance that a jury might convict. Even if one is innocent, a lot of people will say it's better to save your resources and go to jail for a shorter period of time than to go bankrupt and spend twice as long in jail. Prosecutors are generally not people of good morale character, many care more about winning than justice, and they will break the law to win.

  7.  @Opinionsrnotfacts574  Some people think those tapes are admissions of criminal acts, others say differently. In my opinion, those tapes contain no evidence of criminal acts. In fact, the audio where he allegedly showed someone a "classified" document isn't even admissible, but Smith used it to prejudice the grand jury. A perfect example of the lack of scruples amongst prosecutors.

  9.  @winsomemartinez  An indictment isn't a guilty verdict. You people keep saying there is no evidence Biden is corrupt, but the evidence is clear and abundant. Biden is not guilty until a jury says so, but the evidence is more than sufficient to begin an impeachment inquire.

There was no forgery because the certificates were alternates and approved and signed by lawmakers and officials. You can't make something grounded by historical precedent illegal just because you don't like the candidate.
