Just let the jury find him guilty now, because we already know that's how they are going to vote. The quicker he's found guilty, the quicker he can get it overturned on appeal.

@paulm518 Well, that's what happens to people who try to return power back the people...the bureaucracy defends itself.
6
@paulm518 Yes, let's just bury our heads in the sand and ignore the transparently egregious double standards.
5
What crime did he commit?
4
@Davitor1 I will, thank you. Anyone who is willing to go through this BS in defense of the US will always have my support.
3
@steve20118 Notning illegal about NDAs.
3
Of course, it's called lawfare. There is literally no crime in this case.
3
@paulm518 I did. There is no underlying crime.

@ButtSmellingTrump ...and FJB FBBB

@albertobenevenuto77 Trump already had power as a private citizen. What has Trump gained by getting into politics? Your assertion must be questioned when you consider what Trump and his family have been through over the past seven years. Had he not run again, he would have been left alone to return to private life.
2
@ScantsRants Mandela was in South Africa. King Jr. was in the 1960s. Are you forgetting that Biden did the same thing as Trump regarding classified documents?
2
@edshep6600 We are supposed to have fair trials where people are charged in good faith. That's not happening in this case, obviously
2
TrumpRapedJeanCarrol LOL. No he didn't. You are very misinformed.
1
@jasonbarnett7747 At most, Trump is guilty of falsifying business records, a misdemeanor. No campaign funds were used, and it was not a campaign donation.
1
TrumpRapedJeanCarrol No he didn't.
1
TrumpRapedJeanCarrol No.
1
TrumpRapedJeanCarrol False.

@mustangecoboosthpp3869 These people don't care about facts, only their preferred reality.
1
@steve20118 And neither should his father, because they created shadow LLCs to engage in criminal activity.
1
@steve20118 If HB's father was involved in his illegal organization, should the father hold public office ever again?
1
@Mrs.Huckleberry Your TDS is serious.
1
@ButtSmellingTrump Maybe, but there will be an asterisk next to it. And of course, it will be overturned on appeal.
1
@paulm518 By implementing policies which benefit primarily the US and US citizens instead of oligarchs and politicians.
1
@edshep6600 Cohen pleaded guilty, Trump didn't. That's the difference.
1
@The00Dude Why is Biden above the law? We don't think Trump is above the law, but neither should he be below the law.
1
@paulm518 We don't want you to be worried, we just want you to stop hating the United States and the values upon which it was founded.
1
@Spanosmusic Cohen wasn't convicted by a jury, he pleaded guilty.
1
@Spanosmusic He pleaded guilty to a charge, that doesn't mean he was guilty. He didn't want to take the chance with a jury. He pleaded guilty to something that wasn't even a crime. You make it sound like because Cohen pleaded guilty to get a sentencing deal and not take a chance with the jury, that Trump is automatically guilty.
1
@albertobenevenuto77 But how would he have more power if he's in jail and bankrupt? You're missing the likelihood that Trump is risking his own life and fortune, and that of his family as a well. Trump is a pragmatist, and if Trump cared only about himself, he wouldn't have run again.
1
@douglemay7989 Well, that's your opinion.....we just disagree.
1
@douglemay7989 Biden stole documents from a SCIF as a SENATOR and never returned them until he got caught. How do we know where copies of those documents may have ended up over decades. You are still guilty even after you return stolen items.
1
@douglemay7989 Did JB knowingly steal documents from a SCIF? Yes. If I steal a car and return it after I'm caught, does that mean I'm not guilty? No.
1
@paulm518 It is an opinion that Trump is one is the worst examples of a man. That's a qualitative judgment, not a quantifiable objective fact.
1
@paulm518 Had Trump not sought reelection, he wouldn't have been charged. If you honestly think these prosecutions are not politically motivated, then I don't know what to tell you. Allowing lawfare to successfully defeat a presidential candidate would set an extremely dangerous precedent.
1
@paulm518 Or course he would pardon himself from the federal charges, wouldn't you?
1
@paulm518 Ok.
1
@Spanosmusic Yes, people will plead guilty to something that isn't a crime when the justice system is not acting in good faith. You really don't think some leverage was applied? After what we've witnessed with the "Steele Dossier" and the Mueller investigation, it should surprise nobody how far they will go. Yes, when there is an unbiased justice system and a fair media, we can trust the courts to get it right 95% of the time, but these are unprecedented circumstances. I think for one to truly understand how far these people will go, one needs to understand what's at stake.
