Cackles is toast. And the debate will make the toast inedible.

@seven4489Pretty sure that was Joey and Ashley.

@1133saginaw Technically, he's not yet a convicted felon.

@randym8393 Kamala is winning. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😐 No.

His mother is unwell.

Yes, it caused China to devalue their currency, thus increasing the value of the dollar. The increased value of the dollar then pushed down the prices of all goods.

@bparagal Nope. Sorry. A person isn't convicted until the judge enters the verdict on the "judgement of conviction" document, which is done at sentencing. The verdict can still be vacated prior to sentencing, and that's why he's not technically a felon.

@1133saginaw Read my comment above.

@knelson3484 Nope.

@bparagal Facts don't care about what you want reality to be.

@bparagal A person, including Donald Trump, is not legally considered a felon until they are *convicted of a felony* and a *judgment of conviction* is entered by the court. The process involves several key steps: 1. **Charge**: A person is charged with a felony. 2. **Trial or Plea**: The individual goes through a trial or may enter a plea agreement. 3. **Verdict**: If found guilty or if the person pleads guilty, a verdict is reached. 4. **Sentencing**: The judge issues a sentence. 5. *Judgment of Conviction**: A formal **judgment of conviction* document is entered into the court records. At this point, the individual is officially considered a felon. Until this process is complete and the judgment is entered, a person is not considered a felon under the law. Simply being charged with a felony or even found guilty in a trial doesn't make someone a felon until the court officially records the conviction.

@1Biswet She's not here. All you have to do is research it. I've provided the facts, you can choose to accept them or not.
2
Agreed, but he should be a bit more skeptical of police.
2
Utter lie.
2
He's not.
2
Which one? The Showboat? Revel Casino? The Atlantic Club? The Claridge? Oh, that's right, Trump was never involved with those. Guess he's not the only one who owned bankrupt casinos.
2
@1Biswet I'm sorry, but that's simply not factually accurate. I'm pretty sure my retired law professor sister would know better than both you and I.
1
Nah, he's fine.
1
@seven4489Odd, since it is now the Republicans who hold the values of classic liberals. You're just so far left that you're falling off the edge.
1
@half-breed Only the rich union leaders are voting for Kamala....they want those kickbacks.
1
@PwrTrumper No there isn't, sparky.
1
@roberthollingsworth8940 MAGA are mostly good and honest people...sure, there are exceptions.
1
We get it, you like socialism.
1
@PwrTrumper Yes, they are, sort of, but they act more like insurance. I'm talking about the means of production of both private and public goods being owned by the public.
1
@PwrTrumper They aren't. The only one that comes close to socialism are the subsidies. And that's only being used as a stop gap measure, not as permanent policy.
1
He wasn't. Why did Kamala lie about working at McDonald's?
1
They have no choice.
