 @SocraticMutt That order is not "clearly" unconstitutional. The way that amendment is interpreted doesn't even make logical sense. Trump signed it to get it under judicial review.

 @SocraticMutt No, he doesn't need another amendment. All he needs is the SCOTUS to clarify what " subject to the jurisdiction thereof" actually means.

@SocraticMutt Yes they will. Its funny, nobody in their right mind thinks that if someone just happens to give birth while on vacation, that the child is an automatic citizen. Being an American citizen is a privilege.

@SocraticMutt I don't care. You act like all judges and legal scholars are unanimous on this issue. They aren't, they are divided. Why do you support it?
