  1.  @voixdelaraison593  I already told you multiple times in other threads. Are you able to change your views on things when it doesn't support your preferred view? Michael Cohen pleaded guilty, he wasn't convicted by a jury. The DOJ told Cohen they would not investigate his wife if he accepted a plea. The misdemeanor of falsifying business records is the only thing Bragg has, and the statute of limitations on that statute ran out years ago. He's trying to bootstrap a misdemeanor into a federal felony, a felony which the DOJ already declined to prosecute because there was no crime. Bragg, a NY DA, is trying to bring federal charges in a state court; charges the federal DOJ already said didn't happen. I don't know why I'm even taking my time tell you this, because it doesn't matter what facts I present. You are one of those whom Yuri Bezmenov was talking about.

  14.  @voixdelaraison593  I've explained the facts to you. There is no crime here. Like I said, the only crime was a misdemeanor, but the statute of limitations has passed. This is why all objective legal analysis say this case is beyond nonsensical. Cohen pleaded guilty because the DOJ said they would go after his wife for her involvement in the taxi medallion scam. The reason Trump is on trial is because he decided to run for President, that is his only "crime." No, I will not accept a jury's verdict of guilty. This is not a good faith prosecution.
