The responsible parties are Zelensky, Biden, NATO, and Putin. Putin doesn't want a major NATO military power on its border, can you blame him?

You must not be aware that the contested states violated their own election laws, and the Constitution has checks and balances to rectify such circumstances. Using those checks and balances to ensure that voters can trust the vote is the very opposite of trampling on the Constitution.
