  1. It's the uniparty, and it's not the law. This is election interference and the violation of rights. Trump will be on the ballot, so don't get too excited.

  2. ​ @therealkakitron That's taking away the voters' right to vote for their chosen person. In any case, Trump will be on the ballot because the order has a self stay clause. This ruling is just to make people angry and cause more division, it does little more.

  4.  @dukeblair7792  Most were permitted to run for office. Further, the president is not an "officer," only those appointed are officers. The office of the president is the embodiment of the executive branch, to say the President incited an insurrection is to say that he incited an insurrection against himself, and that makes absolutely no sense. 😘
