@desantissucks Fox didn't admit anything. But the judge was biased in that he made a "finding of fact" that the election was not rigged. That was not within the judge's purview, that determination should have been made by a jury. Fox would have likely won this lawsuit, and if not, they likely would have won on appeal. I would have to guess that Fox didn't want their dirty laundry being made public, so they settled.

@popcola1462 Yes, the judge made a finding of fact that should have been left up to a jury. It's not the judge's job to declare facts. Fox should have fought the suit, they likely would have prevailed on appeal.
