  6. ​ @pjjj23  Pretty sure Trump was a president and he has secret service security, not to mention that retention of records by a former president is covered by the PRA. Biden does not have the privileges of the PRA since he was a Senator when he stole documents.

  7. I did. I thought a first year law student wrote it. It's even worse when you realize that General Zod, I mean Jack Smith, completely ignored the law by egregiously disregarding the provisions of the PRA. This indictment might apply to a former Senator or former VP, but not a former president. Jack Smith doesn't accept the results of the 2016 election and he thinks he can gaslight a jury to believe Trump really wasn't a president.
