  4.  @williehall8482  No, it really doesn't. Records retention is covered under the PRA, which is a civil statute, not criminal. It's plainly obvious that these are politicized prosecutions to preclude Trump from running. Every single American citizen should be speaking out about this. They should be writing/calling the DOJ and Joe Biden to condemn these extremely dangerous actions and to demand the law be applied equally. Any American citizen who supports this is either poorly informed or simply doesn't care if our Constitutional republic turns into a tyranny of bureaucrats.

  5.  @KK-gr9df  Biden and Hillary did worse than what Trump did, and neither are in jail. I mean, seriously, you can't tell this is a frame job? Given the publicly available evidence leaked/released thus far, it does not appear Trump has broken any criminal statute; however, maybe there is inculpatory evidence that has yet to be released.
