  13.  @bparagal  No, he didn't do the crime. However, he doesn't have to prove his own innocence, he simply has to show that Merchan made reversible errors which influenced the outcome of the trial. For example, allowing the jurors to not be unanimous on the predicate crime, that's a major Constitutional violation (Ramos v Louisiana).
