  1. ​ @camwatters-iz5bs Those people have already paid for their crimes. Holding people in prison for four years without a trial is unconstitutional. Withholding food and water is unconstitutional. They were not treated humanely. Do you care about the law enforcement who assaulted non-violent people?

  3.  @pefo1674  Many January 6 defendants have protested inhumane prison conditions, including physical abuse, retaliation, and deprivation of food and heat, in a squalid D.C. jail from which several hundred were relocated after a U.S. Marshals Service investigation. Others have claimed they pleaded guilty under pressure to crimes they do not believe they committed in order to avoid jury trials for potentially more serious crimes in a hostile jurisdiction.

  10. ​ @jasonvegan5761 Yes, we do care. Why aren't the police who assaulted peaceful people not in jail? All the J6 people who did commit violent acts have already paid more than enough for their actions. Many had their Constitutional rights egregiously violated.

  17.  @christopher7952  Why would that be considered? The pardon is for the specific crime for which the person was unfairly treated. The person had already paid for his previous crime.
