  3. @vinncubus4628 We didn't set any precedent about not indicting a sitting president, that decision was made based on the OLC's interpretation of the Constitution. Biden can certainly be referred for indictment when he leaves office in 2025.

  7.  @pefo1674  Trump deemed those records personal, as is permitted by court precedent and the PRA...there is a ten year period though which NARA negotiates witb the president to return documents. NARA has no authority to use the judicial system to compel their return (as per fedeal court precedent). Biden had hundreds of boxes in three different unsecured places, not just 30 documents. Trump had documents in a secure compound guarded by the Secret Service.

This is all lawfare and all American citizens should be appalled that we have a judicial system that protects its own and imprisons those who represent a threat to its tyranny and its globalist ambitions.

Jack Smith never found the alleged document....so, it's all uncorroborated nonsense and not even admissable in court. The information shared about the nuclear submarine capabilities was not secret, it was all publicly available information. This is all a distraction. Trump was an excellent president, all the stuff that you people complain about is just biased minutia hyperbolized and misrepresented by the media.
