  9. Really? In Minnesota, between 2019 and 2022, a total of eight infants were born alive during abortion procedures. In 2021 alone, five babies were reported to have been born alive following failed abortions. However, in most of these cases, the infants did not survive. In one instance, the baby had fatal anomalies, and in other cases, only comfort care was provided rather than attempts to preserve life. No life-saving measures were reported in any of these cases, and all the infants passed away shortly after birth.
