  4.  @iaf010  You really don't want to challenge me on the law. I have passed the UBE without attending law school. Did you? Insatiable intellectual curiosity combined with high intelligence is, at the very least, equivalent to a university degree. A university can teach you nothing that a dedicated and intelligent individual cannot teach himself. The judiciary is a co-equal branch of government, but it must act in good faith. These ludicrous rulings ignore the authority vested in the office is the president. Are you really going to sit there and tell me that a judge has the power to tell the Senate confirmed Treasury secretary that he doesn't have the authority to access information systems over which he has the responsibility of managing?
