  2.  @evertvdb000  Read history. The VP is the final check, he has the power to return electors to the states. It Pence had no power to do anything, then why would he even be involved in the process?

  6.  @03Man11  The ECA is grossly unconstitutional. Congress and the VP could have simply disregarded it. You cannot amend the Constitution via legislation.
