  1. ​ @DTB8707 It's time to stop blaming failures on racism. Of course, if you teach someone from childhood that they are victims and will be discriminated against because of their skin color, you're programming them to fail. I mean, why even try if they've been taught that "gatekeepers" will prevent them from succeeding? If someone chooses to not do whatever it takes to reach their goals, it's on them, not everyone else.
