  4.  @winsomemartinez  Most people move throughout income brackets during their lives, they don't just stay there. Punishing successful people usually means those successful people will create fewer opportunities for others to improve their lot in life. A rising tide lifts all boats.

I think your view is shortsighted. Also, I don't think any billionaires pay only 10% on realized income. In my opinion, there should be no income taxes at all. The US was funded without income tax until the biggest con job of all was passed in 1913.
