As it is our responsibility and our duty as per the Declaration of Independence, I am calling for 2 million law abiding United States citizens to arm yourselves and travel to our southern border and stop this invasion immediately. If this continues, we will not have a country in another 2 years. I am preparing to travel to the Texas border next week to defend our country from this planned destruction of our way of life.

@jerrycny5519 Yes, 2 million armed citizens can certainly stop cartels...if you think otherwise, you may want to reconsider whose words are serving as an self indictment of whose intelligence. Are you claiming the only people crossing the border are women and children? Many are military age single men who are not fleeing persecution and are not eligible for asylum. The authority is derived from the sovereignty of the people to protect their national border when the federal government is derelict in its duties and has, in fact, turned against the very people they have sworn an oath to serve and protect. Citizens are not 3rd parties, we are stakeholders in the safety and prosperity of our country. Small thinking and cowardice are just not part of my character.

M Not it hundreds of thousands or a couple million people go. They can't arrest that many people. The citizens are sovereign and it's our responsibility to defend our borders if the government has become derelict in its duties.

@sct1111 That's the control they have over you and others. Any grass roots organized resistance to this evil tyranny will be labeled as a set up, and this serves to effectively nullify any opposition.

@jerrycny5519 You're talking about laws, I am talking about duty and responsibility. But to answer your question, it comes from the Declaration of Independence: But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. Federal law means nothing when the federal government has become lawless.

@sct1111 Yes, let's do nothing and allow the country to be destroyed. Or, how about actually do something and demonstrate the true resolve and power of the people? Do you really think your life will be better if you do nothing? I'm sure glad our founders didn't feel the same as you.
