  4.  @hanshansen3885  If he is in credible fear for his life, he has the right to defend himself. While I do agree with your statement in the general sense, it appears the specific circumstances of this case did warrant the actions of the clerk.

  16. That's obviously self defense. This is how you figure it out....simply ask yourself if a cop would have been justified, if the answer is yes, then it's lawful.
