@brianjames7712 Capitalism does not put profits over people, or for that matter, people over profits. Immoral people put profits over people. Capitalism is neither ethical nor unethical, it is a neutral economic framework. The practice of capitalism may be done ethically or unethically, and this is where morality comes into play. If a nation's culture values money over everything else, then business owners and employees will often act unethically...but this problem would exist with any economic system, just look at the history of communism and socialism.

@brianjames7712 Businesses are supposed to act in an ethical manner. These incidents are the result of the erosion of our core principles and values, it has nothing to do with capitalism. Without a moral code, any system will be abused. The root cause needs to addressed.

@LarryEMorse I know, it's very frustrating. I have to do a lot of research to get to the core truth because the MSM does nothing but lie. It's very sad and concerning when I see people just accept at face value the misinformation being peddled by the media propagandists...and that includes Fox News, although they aren't as egregious.

@lorinelson7523 Fox News says you should be free from mask mandates and forced vaccinations, CNN and MSNBC say rights should be stripped (which is unconstitutional, by the way) from citizens who choose to not take a vaccine, but only if you aren't one of the "sophisticated." Now, which one is promoting authoritarianism?
