@syav4467 Wrong. Read the opinion again. The court said even if it was determined that NARA had the rights to those records, there was no remedy and the court couldn't force NARA or any federal agency to seize those records.

@syav4467 You should read the Presidential Records Act and the opinion from Judicial Watch v Bill Clinton. Trump clearly broke no laws in terms of holding records, whether classified or not.

A single unnamed source and no evidence means nothing: A senior administration official who spoke to The Washington Post on the condition of anonymity, however, claimed that while a series of balloons did fly over the U.S., “the previous occurrences were discovered after the Trump administration left office.” The source did not go into detail surrounding how the prior discoveries were made.

@Excremental_Discharge The diesel shortage claim wasn't a lie, it came directly from the Biden administration....the fact that it was resolved before coming a problem is irrelevant. The FBI testified that none of the J6 people had guns, only later did they find out that two had handguns. Democrats are trying to ban guns, that's obvious, did you check out Illinois gun ban law? Everything a Democrat does is the worse thing for the country. Well, I wouldn't say democrats, I would say the uniparty. You people really need to start using some sense and logic.
