What percentage would just refuse and remain neutral? And what percentage would stand in solidarity with the citizens and actively defend their rights?

  6.  @michaelhill8441  I don't think there would be enough police and NG to seize 400 million firearms from 100 million citizens. I guess I could be wrong. In that case, I have the same question about police and NG too.

  7.  @michaelhill8441  Most of who wouldn't put up a fight? Citizens? I don't know about that. I guess it would depend on the circumstances and the overall condition of the country. Any egregious attempt by a rogue government to physically violate rights would be met with a huge armed resistance, and rightfully so.
