@Mike W Because it's unprecedented and SCOTUS would understand the implications this would have on the sustainability of our nation. SCOTUS doesn't usually like to get involved with election cases because the states have near plenary authority over them. My sister said that SCOTUS would almost certainly grant certiorari in this case.

But there is clear evidence that Hunter, Joe, Hillary, James Comey, Brennan, and many, many other bureaucrats and politicians also committed criminal acts, but they are not being investigated or charged. How can you possibly believe this is a good faith prosecution of Donald Trump?
