@danajohnson4480 The 14th amendment doesn't disqualify Trump. Why do you care anyway? You all used to seem so absolutely certain that Trump can't beat Biden in 2024.

@mark-wo2wj Pull your head out of the sand and look at the text messages, emails, whistleblower testimony, informant testimony, bank records, SARS reports, business partner testimony, and the fact that Joe and Hunter owned 20 businesses which produced/sold no products or services, yet received millions of dollars in personal income from foreign oligarchs (repeatedly wiring small amounts through multiple bank accounts, a pattern which is textbook money laundering).

@danajohnson4480 Even if it doesn't require him to be charged, there is no evidence against him. An insurrection or rebellion didn't happen, and even if it did, Trump told people to march peacefully and patriotically. In addition, he was already impeached for J6, and he was acquitted. Absolutely no court, and especially the SCOTUS, will allow states to remove Trump from the ballot. It's a pipe dream and it will never happen. Trump WILL be on the ballot in all states.
