  7. ​ @AndrewDeLong  Because there was a chance they could lose in court. They didn't want to roll the dice or maybe they didn't want their dirty laundry aired. The fact is, Fox News said nothing about Dominion products that it's own executives didn't say. Fox would have likely won the lawsuit.
