@ThereIsNeverEnough For example, Trump put tariffs on imports, but inflation remained nominal. People didn't pay more for imports, because China devalued their currency and strengthened the dollar against the Yuan.

@ThereIsNeverEnough I gave you an example. Here is another one: The Trump administration and Congress added $7.8 trillion to the national debt, but much of that was covid spending. The Biden administration and Congress are on track to add $7.9 trillion by the end of this year.
