Coom Lord You really can't convince nihilistic atheists that morality is a thing. They are all moral relativists because they believe in nothing larger than themselves. That's why most of them are miserable and full of hate. Many will say "my body, my choice," but then demand that everyone get vaccinated or be rejected from society. Nobody wants to take responsibility for their decisions. Other than for a few exceptions, there is absolutely no excuse to have an unplanned pregnancy.

Wouldn't matter, the law would still be unconstitutional. You would need a Constitutional amendment to make abortion a right, that cannot be done through Congress.

@jasonweinstock1282 So, instead of focusing on the fact that the vast majority of unwanted pregnancies were due to irresponsibility, we'll focus on the tiny percentage where birth control failed. So, let's kill millions so hundreds can have a choice.

@jasonweinstock1282 Just to follow up, I do agree with you that they shouldn't be penalized for a failed contraception...and that's why abortion is still legal.
