@fyt54321 When was this?
1
@MyNameJerf I was being nice. Sorry, it's difficult to convey tone though text. But yes, I agree with you in that respect.
1
Good. He needs more punishment.
1
"I know things." 🤨
1
@absolutelyfookinnobody2843 Not if he was in credible fear for his life. People have been tried and acquitted for using lethal self defense against law enforcement acting outside their lawful bounds. It's rare, but it does happen.
1
@absolutelyfookinnobody2843 Not necessarily.
1
@frotobaggins7169 Whether concealment constitutes shoplifting depends on state law.
1
Hire more people.
1
In some states, you can still privately prosecute.
1
@andystagger2906 Congrats. That's cool. I partied way too much, so I can't retire yet...but I don't want to retire now anyway.
1
Many of us are embarrassed by our police force. The US system of law enforcement requires a complete overhaul.
1
Seems many of the wannabe tough guy cowards have gang and jailhouse tats. If I were a police chief, I'd have to keep a close eye on them before I could trust them.
1
I wouldn't have accepted it. I would have taken it to trial, but everybody's risk/reward calculation is different based on their specific circumstances.
1
It was excessive. The cops had cause to arrest her, but I feel the amount of force was punitive and unnecessary.
1
I would have been on that pig so fast he would have had no time to draw his weapon.
1
@ICRangerT I think that's so stupid. How can it be a crime to resist an unlawful arrest? An unlawful arrest is kidnapping. Any person should have the right to resist an armed person trying to kidnap them. At least in Maryland where I live, resisting an unlawful arrest is still legal.
1
They are supposed to be trained to recognize cognitive challenges.
1
@helidude3502 No, they wonder, that's how little self awareness they have.
1
Don't tell the democrats that area is safe, they will flood it with Tren De Aragua and unvetted Haitians.
1
@spottheborgcat6523 If she would have shot that cop, it would have been ruled self defense. You illegally break into someone's home with violence, and the person is armed, any reasonable person would fear for his life. A badge doesn't make one exempt from the application of self defense.
1
@omadduxo The choice isn't really obvious, it depends on what your values are. I personally will not allow a cop to bully me. The last time a cop tried to retaliate for my filing a complaint against him, he ended up with two broken legs.
1
I have the freedom to follow them to ensure justice is served.
1
I've never been asked if I've been charged for a crime on a job application. I think that's illegal in some states.
1
@montanamayfield Ok. Yes, you are correct. I was asked that on a federal application for a public trust, and I had to say I was charged twice, but both were dismissed, and I was once convicted for disorderly conduct....but I was approved for the public trust.
1
Wife beater? If he has a wife, girlfriend or boyfriend...most likely.
1
If you are in genuine fear for your life, you may use force up to, and including, deadly force to extinguish the threat.
1
I think you have it backwards. Black privilege is pretty powerful. If this happened to a black guy, a few cities would be burned down and the mayor would probably give him $50 million...no trial necessary.
1
I suggest finding out where the cops live and letting them know you're a loose cannon.
1
I'm always armed even when home. You break into my home like that, you will be shot, police or not.
1
There should be no exemptions for police to be on their phones, in my opinion. Distractions cause accidents whether you're a cop or a private citizen.
1
I didn't see him assault any of the pigs. What are they talking about?
1
I very much enjoy your videos, but I have to say that bringing racism into it is unwarranted. These kinds of things happen to people of all races. I know you're smart enough to reject false media narratives.
1
Wow, that was close. I bet the guy walking across the street got some paint transfer onto his clothes. Lucky.
1
@sarahnoda Fentanyl really can't be absorbed through the skin to such a degree that it would cause an overdose (unless the skin is wet). If loose powder is thrown in someone's face and it's inhaled, that could do it.
1
If this guy had a firearm and killed them in self defense, it would have been a justified shoot.
