@GrimMui The Constitution protects due process, and in this case, due process may have been violated. The jury was not required to agree unanimously on the predicate crime, and that means we still don't know exactly what Trump is guilty of. In addition, his free speech rights were suppressed by an overbroad gag order. There are some other issues as well.

@GrimMui What I read from the post is that some are trying to interpret the Constitution in such a way to fit their own ideological agenda, rather than its plain meaning. Yes, we do have a process to change the Constitution, but it requires a Constitutional Convention or Ratification.
