@JayBee6801 That's because they give him stimulants a few minutes before he speaks. If he speaks too long, you'll see his attention and mental faculties begin to fade.

@johannesboreen I cannot converse with someone who harbors extreme bias and doesn't have the ability to be objective. You seem to be forgetting how the NIH and the CDC continued to downplay the virus into late March of 2020, two months after Donald Trump took action to close travel from China. In fact, it was Fauci, not Trump, who compared covid to a bad flu.
