  7. Trump will get away with it not because of the judge, but because of the Constitutional protections the DOJ possibly violated. For example, overly broad search warrants are illegal. If it is ruled that the search warrant violated his 4th amendment rights, any evidence gained from that point forward will become inadmissible.
