  1. Absolutely agree. Police culture needs to change. Some departments and states have policies and statutes which require officers to intervene when their colleagues go off the rails...these need to be passed across all states and departments.

  3. A lot of cops either go too far or not far enough. Why can't they just use their brains and be reasonable?
