  5. In regards to changing your mind, in what way do you think this is government overstep? Is it on a moral or purely legal basis. My position is that a human being with a heartbeat has the natural right to live his/her life. The mother and father made a conscious decision to conceive a child (whether intentionally or not) , that child should not be forced to suffer the consequences of the parents mistake. I reject the "my body, my choice" argument in that it's not the mother who's being aborted, it's the child.
