  6.  Dingle Berry23 The fact is, the question posed by Rand Paul is appropriate and relevant. Smart and diligent people don't take at face value everything an "expert" says, they question it. When an "expert" becomes visibly angry when asked to defend their position, that's a sign they don't have the data to back up their assertions.
