Usually, defendants shouldn't testify on their own behalf, because it gives the prosecution an opportunity to misrepresent the facts by taking the defendant's answers out of context, or they will try to get the defendant to display some type of negative emotional response.

  5. @Mountain_life_on_set  The city is at fault for allowing Jordan in public and not getting him help. People on the train were afraid for their lives, and Penny's actions were not the sole cause of his death. It's a tragedy for both Daniel and Jordan.
