  4.  @joeds3775  Some religious schools do, but not all. It's the strict fundamentalist schools you have to worry about. Public schools now push cultural Marxism, which is just as bad as religious fundamentalism.

  5. I agree. I think the issue is that whenever it's a white male who commits the same type of atrocity, it's used as evidence by the media in an attempt to impugn all white men. So, of course, when it's a member of an opposing ideology, it will be pointed out.

  6.  @eldrickemc4602  No, we shouldn't ban guns, that would simply lead to more tyranny. We need to repair the root cause, and that is the moral and cultural rot that has infested our society. And just a note, the US is 11th on the list of deaths per capita which result from mass shootings, not the first.

  7. I'm a conservative, but I agree that many of the more fundamentalist religious schools do instill shame and fear into students who struggle with identity and/or orientation issues. This can damage children and cause significant emotional distress. CRT is also damaging to children, but in a different way.
